Hi, I am Merle and I like to cuddle and get ear scratches. I love to sit on the couch with you and if you'll let me I like to sleep on people beds. I get along with my foster doggy brothers and sister who range in size from 10lbs to 80lbs. I have met cats and did good with them.  I have been on a diet in my foster home and am now down to a trim 15lbs. I am happy just hanging out sniffing the yard and playing with toys. I am still working on my housetraining, but I am puppy pad trained. I can be vocal when I want you to fill my food bowl, but am otherwise quiet and laid back. 

Happy Days Dog and Cat Rescue microchips all dogs and cats before adoption. Microchips are implanted between the shoulder blades and are another form of identification should the animal get lost. The microchips are registered to  Happy Days Dog and Cat Rescue. The adopter's information is added once the adoption is complete. The adopter is responsible for $19.99 fee to change information.   Dogs and Cats still need to have collar with tags should they get lost.
