Other Pictures of Francis/ Adopted (click to see larger version):I should note that Francis loves to go for walks and she needs them to keep her weight off. The vet approved of her weight and was happy to see it since she was overweight and it is bad for her health. so she will need someone who has a big fenced yard or walks daily. Francis also loves to play with other dogs her size and loves toys. so a visiting playmate or a sibling would be nice? Meet Francis! She is a complete sweetheart! She knows sit and down, and loves belly rubs and loves to go bye-bye, but she pants excessively in rides! She gets along well with other dogs
( proper introduction of course) Francis is a wonderful laid back gal who is looking for a forever home to call her own. Francis does not like to be left alone, she will bark excessively and pee, she will need a home with someone who is home most of the time perhaps a retiree? and willing to crate when you leave the house, this is a separation anxiety issue, she does not tear things up. When left in her crate she does not pee so that solves that issue but she can't be crated for hours on end. Happy Days Dog and Cat Rescue microchips all dogs and cats before adoption. Microchips are implanted between the shoulder blades and are another form of identification should the animal get lost. The microchips are registered to Happy Days Dog and Cat Rescue. The adopter's information is added once the adoption is complete. The adopter is responsible for a $19.99/Year registration fee or a $69.00/Lifetime registration fee to change information. Dogs and Cats still need to have a collar with tags should they get lost.
