Pugsy is an older special needs fellow. Though he has many health issues, he is a gentle guy who wants nothing more than to receive love from his human. 

Due to a hernia and  a collapsed trachea, Pugsy has trouble breathing and coughs while being held. He also has luxating patella in both knees, and needs eye drops in both eyes daily. A dental work up wouldn't be a bad idea either. 

The list seems long, but with the right family, who has the means to help, Pugsy has some good years ahead of him. He'd be wonderful companion to an older couple or single person. 

Pugsy  does fine with females even playful ones so it might just be males he doesn't like.

Happy Days Dog and Cat Rescue microchips all dogs and cats before adoption. Microchips are implanted between the shoulder blades and are another form of identification should the animal get lost. The microchips are registered to  Happy Days Dog and Cat Rescue. The adopter's information is added once the adoption is complete. The adopter is responsible for $19.99 fee to change information.    Dogs and Cat still need to have collar with tags should they get lost.
