Hi there everyone! My name is Jelly Bean and I couldn't decide what color to be so I chose them all! Aren't I beautiful? In addition to my good looks I'm also the sweetest beagle you ever will meet. I like to play with other dogs and I'm very social. I also love people! I love to cuddle and snuggle and get belly rubs. I'm very curious so I like to follow my people around to see what they are up to and where they are going. Here's a fun fact about me: I prefer to sleep all the way under the covers. I love to be covered up and take a nap. I'm two years old and I weigh 32 pounds. I am housetrained and crate trained. Sometimes I bark when I play with my friends but that's the only time I bark. I am also smart and listen very well! I'd love to go to school to learn more. I bet I'd be really good at it! Over all I have a pretty calm demeanor. I mean I like to play and all but I'm a beagle...I'm an excellent snuggler and nap taker. I like car rides too! So if you'd like to meet me or add me to your family that would be fabulous! Fill out an application! I'm beautiful and and great catch if I say so myself. See you later!
Jelly Bean has luxating patellas in both hind legs. That basically means her knee caps slide in and out of place. She has been evaluated by three different veterinarians including a orthepedic specialist. She does not require surgery in any way and this will in no way impact her day to day life or the longevity of her life. The orthepedic specialist just recommends that she remain at a healthy weight and take a joint supplement daily."
Happy Days Dog and Cat Rescue microchips all dogs and cats before adoption. Microchips are implanted between the shoulder blades and are another form of identification should the animal get lost. The microchips are registered to
Happy Days Dog and Cat Rescue. The adopter's information is added once the adoption is complete. The adopter is responsible for $19.99 fee to change information.
Dogs and Cat still need to have collar with tags should they get lost.
