Meet Layla! She is one sweet girl! She is fairly small and quite petite that is as cute as can be! Layla knows a handful of tricks and is one smart cookie! She is not high energy, but does have a silly side to her and will get playful from time to time. She does need a few minutes to warm up to you, but once she is used to you, she is quite affectionate, cuddly, and loves to give kisses! Layla previously lived in a home with kids and another dog as we were told but she seems to be best as an only dog. A proper introduction to new dogs is always advised. Layla's life was saved at the vey last moment before she was going to be euthanized at a shelter. Thanks to a wonderful volunteer pulling her, she is now safe with Happy Days Dog and Cat Rescue and has the chance to know a great life! Could it be with you?

Happy Days Dog and Cat Rescue microchips all dogs and cats before adoption. Microchips are implanted between the shoulder blades and are another form of identification should the animal get lost. The microchips are registered to  Happy Days Dog and Cat Rescue. The adopter's information is added once the adoption is complete. The adopter is responsible for $19.99 fee to change information.  Dogs and Cat still need to have collar with tags should they get lost.
