Meet Krieger!  He is a 2 1/2 year old Australian Shepherd mix. He seems similar to a Golden Retriever, but is small with shorter legs and a longer body like a Dachshund. He is up to date on shots and is even microchipped.  He knows basic commands - come, sit and wait. 

Krieger spent the first two years of his life in the shelter being moved from one to another to save his life.  When rescued he was underweight and in bad shape. Now he is in great health and loves life. 

He needs a quiet home and a fenced in yard. He is good with dogs but does need time to warm up to them.  We do not know how he does with cats. He also needs a home with older children.  Krieger likes to be near his person and likes to chew on his toys.
