Xana is incredibly sweet, high energy, happy, playful German Shepherd. She is extremely curious
and love all attention on her. She has no preference towards men or women, and loves playing with children,
although her size can be a hazard for smaller kids. When she gets excited, we is prone to jump, but once she calms
down, has much better manners. She is wonderful with other dogs and just wants to play constantly, though she
does not like cats at all and cannot share a space with them. Xana was left outside or in a crate for very long
periods of time on her own by her previous owner, so would do best in a home with someone who is around more
often than not. She did not receive much positive attention from her previous owner, and sometimes will make
trouble just for the recognition, such as getting into the trash or taking things off of counters. She also was
underfed in the past, so will try to eat any food she can reach, whether it be on a table or counter, but with positive reinforcement, she would definitely be able to kick that habit. Shes such an incredible and smart dog that

Happy Days Dog and Cat Rescue microchips all dogs and cats before adoption. Microchips are implanted between the shoulder blades and are another form of identification should the animal get lost. The microchips are registered to    Happy Days Dog and Cat Rescue. The adopter's information is added once the adoption is complete. The adopter is responsible for a $19.99/Year registration fee or a $45.00/Lifetime registration fee to change information.    Dogs and Cats still need to have collar with tags should they get lost.
