Hi!  I'm Penny.  I'm an 8 lb, 4-5 yr old chihuahua with a very mature personality.  I am a very quiet dog.  I only bark when life necessitates.  I'm still learning to go potty outside.  Every time I go out, I go potty, so please take me out often until I get the hang of it.  I love to walk, and I'm super polite on a leash.  I like to run, so please keep me on a leash or tie-out, if your backyard is not fenced in.  I eat twice a day, am a really good eater.  I like to chase the cat at my foster house, but I never hurt her.  I get along great with the dogs in my foster house.  My foster mom says she loves my snuggles.  I love to follow her everywhere she goes, she calls me her shadow.  I travel nice and quiet in the truck.  I'm not much into toys, but treats are what I really love...and LOTS of them.

Happy Days Dog and Cat Rescue microchips all dogs and cats before adoption. Microchips are implanted between the shoulder blades and are another form of identification should the animal get lost. The microchips are registered to    Happy Days Dog and Cat Rescue. The adopter's information is added once the adoption is complete. The adopter is responsible for a $19.99/Year registration fee or a $45.00/Lifetime registration fee to change information.    Dogs and Cats still need to have collar with tags should they get lost.
