Update on my buddy Jackson. 

Jackson actually loves non-loud kids ( toss the ball for him) and pet him, he will climb in their lap for that, but he does try to retreat if they are grabby. Jackson is needy so he should have someone home more often than not. 
 

Jackson is a 9-year-old toy poodle. Jackson is clingy and needs a person home more than not he wants to be in your lap and as close as he can get! He is a true cuddle bug.  He loves to chase the ball. Jackson does not like big dogs and will bite at them and may chase them.  Jackson does bark at people when they come in as most small dogs do.  He would not do well as an apartment dog as he will cry and bark when left alone initially.  

Jackson needs a patient adopter and a strong leader who will not let him get away with his bossiness.  He may do best as an only dog or with one another small very tolerant dog his size. 

Jackson is UTD on vaccines and neutered.

Happy Days Dog and Cat Rescue microchips all dogs and cats before adoption. Microchips are implanted between the shoulder blades and are another form of identification should the animal get lost. The microchips are registered to  Happy Days Dog and Cat Rescue. The adopter's information is added once the adoption is complete. The adopter is responsible for a $19.99/Year registration fee or a $69.00/Lifetime registration fee to change information.  Dogs and Cats still need to have collar with tags should they get lost.
