Video of Mickey - ADOPTED:Good day to you, kind sir or madam. Please allow me the pleasure of introducing myself. My name is Mickey and my current mission is to uncover the perfect family. As a gentleman I believe that life is meant to be spent snuggling and cuddling with my dear ones. Unfortunately, my parents were unable to continue caring for me in their elder years. It broke my heart into a million pieces when they asked the doctor to send me to the Rainbow Bridge. Thankfully, my doctor recognized my charm and sophistication. I was saved and now find myself spending my days with a very nice little nine year old gentleman and a sweet foster mother. Ideally, I would like to spend my senior days of retirement enjoying love and keeping any demands of my own to a minimum. I am not a high maintenance man, that's not the way I was raised. I'm much more of a giver really, and just seek a warm lap to fall asleep in. Might you have an empty lap to share? I'm not fussy in the least, nor am I picky about other animals or people. I have learned to love and appreciate everyone. I pride myself on my patience.
Now, I may not be a young spring chicken and these old limbs need some assistance at times getting up steep stairs or finding their way to you on the couch. Fret not, I still have plenty of pep in my step, I just need a bit of help now and then. Ah, yes, I should mention that I'm a senior. Twelve years of wisdom are under my belt, to be exact.
I also pride myself on being polite. Bathroom business belongs outside and I aim to honor that code. I'm not one to bark. When I wish to share a kiss I make sure not to be sloppy and keep it soft, gentle, and just enough.
If you're looking for a kind gentleman to enjoy your company, you have no further to look. I am the dog for the job. I look forward to meeting you so that we may enjoy loving one another for the rest of my life.
Happy Days Dog and Cat Rescue microchips all dogs and cats before adoption. Microchips are implanted between the shoulder blades and are another form of identification should the animal get lost. The microchips are registered to Happy Days Dog and Cat Rescue. The adopter's information is added once the adoption is complete. The adopter is responsible for a $19.99/Year registration fee or a $69.00/Lifetime registration fee to change information. Dogs and Cats still need to have collar with tags should they get lost.
