Other Pictures of Rex-ADOPTED (click to see larger version):Meet Rex, an English Setter/Lab mix. Rex has to be the happiest boy we have cared for at the Mikey & Me Foster care kennels. He has been known to jump three feet into the air when he first sees me in the morning.
Rex gets along very well with other dogs and he walks on his leash without pulling. He listens to commands and seems to be a very smart boy. Rex weighs 67 pounds, he is approximately two years of
age, and he has been microchipped for his safety. He had a recent wellness exam and was administered his first shots at that time. His Heartworm test and fecal exam were both negative and Rex is taking HeartGuard monthly as a preventative. Rex will be neutered in the very near future.
Rex loves people and gets along great with kids. Please consider adopting this wonderful dog into your family. You won't regret it! He has an obvious zest for life and he deserves to be in a nurturing and supportive environment.
Happy Days Dog and Cat Rescue microchips all dogs and cats before adoption. Microchips are implanted between the shoulder blades and are another form of identification should the animal get lost. The microchips are registered to Happy Days Dog and Cat Rescue. The adopter's information is added once the adoption is complete. The adopter is responsible for a $19.99/Year registration fee or a $69.00/Lifetime registration fee to change information. Dogs and Cats still need to have collar with tags should they get lost.
