Meet Jade! She is a 1 yr old, 45 lb hound mix. She is crate trained and house trained. She is a master a collecting all the balls in the yard and hiding them under the dog bed! Puppy Shenanigans. She has an old hip injury that doesn't slow her down. To compensate, she runs like a deer, 2 footed. We have confirmed with the vet that she is in no pain. She has leaped a 4 ft fence in her past but has no issues with a 6ft fence. She is looking for her furever family that will always seek out her toys under her bed. Are you that family?

**Update** Jade's hip muscle is gaining strength and she no
longer runs or walks 2-footed.  She is recovering nicely.

Happy Days Dog and Cat Rescue microchips all dogs and cats before adoption. Microchips are implanted between the shoulder blades and are another form of identification should the animal get lost. The microchips are registered to  Happy Days Dog and Cat Rescue. The adopter's information is added once the adoption is complete. The adopter is responsible for $19.99 fee to change information.  Dogs and Cats still need to have collar with tags should they get lost.
